Do you have an iPhone or Apple Watch? Ever wondered what those rings on your watch mean?
Come along to learn more about using your iPhone and/or Apple watch to help with your health and fitness.
This online session will take you through the Health App, we will have a look at how to set up your app and what some of the various categories mean.
