Event Description
Join Betty Chetcuti to learn all about preparing healthy plant-based lunchbox options for work or school. Betty will share ideas for well-balanced lunches that will satisfy and nourish.
Betty Chetcuti is an author and psychologist with a passion for cooking. This session will include a demonstration of soup and bliss balls. Attendees will also have the opportunity to sample the foods demonstrated.
Copies of Betty's book 'My Vegan Cookbook' will be available for purchase on the day.
