Event Description
As part of Active Autumn in Casey, come and join us for a free Yoga session in the Library.
Led by the team at Align Leisure, this session will take you through a gentle workout and is designed for those new to Yoga.
Suitable for ages 18+
Bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. A limited number of yoga mats will be provided for attendees who don't have their own.
