Link Workers provide in person, or over the phone support to people who need help navigating aged and disability systems and sourcing information and connections to maintain wellbeing.
Meet members of the Link Worker Program team and find out more about how the service can support you and your loved ones in this 45 minute presentation with the chance to ask questions at the end.
