Celebrate the Ageing Positively Festival with a gentle Pilates session at Cranbourne Library.

Led by the friendly team from Aligned Leisure, this session will lead you through a range of low impact movements designed to promote strength, mobility and balance.

Bring a towel and water bottle. 

This event is for patrons over 50 years and is part of the Ageing Positively Festival
