Join a qualified paramedic as they empower you in how to assist in an emergency and how to keep yourself and loved ones safe during the warmer months.
Learn how to feel better prepared to assist in an emergency, including how to Call Triple Zero, the importance of CPR, and how to shock the heart using an automated external defibrillator (AED).
Secondly, learn some practical heat health tips. How to look after yourself and your loved ones during hot weather.
