Event Description

Gain courage, confidence and become empowered during the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Based Violence.

This female only self-defence classes will help teach the skills and techniques for self-defence within a relaxed, safe and friendly environment.

We recommend this course for ages 10+, it is not overly demanding physically, but the subject matter may be confronting for young children.
