Join qualified Art therapist Deborah as she leads a Health and Well-being class using creative art making for self-care. Explore Creative Art journaling using collage, drawing, storytelling and mindfulness practices, in a friendly and supportive group.

Notes & Requirements

As this class is part of a government funded program, participants need to bring along their Medicare card to their first session.
