Palliative care focuses on improving the quality of life for individuals and their families facing life-limiting illnesses by managing symptoms and providing support.

If you or someone you know is considering Palliative care this 45 minute presentation by Palliative Care South East will give you an opportunity to ask questions and find out more about what options are open to you and your loved ones.

Palliative Care South East provide services to people of all ages, free of charge, in the Local Government areas of Cardinia, Casey, Greater Dandenong and part of Kingston.
