Join certified teacher Jo as she takes you through this ancient practice, which promotes well-being through gentle yet effective movements. The benefits include stress reduction, improved strength and flexibility, and boosting energy levels.

This gentle moving meditation can be done by anyone, regardless of age or fitness level.
