Join the author of My Vegan Cookbook, Betty Chetcuti, and learn how to create plant-based dishes that will satisfy, nourish and nurture your body.
Betty Chetcuti is an author and psychologist with a passion for cooking. She will inspire you with new ways to turn your favourite foods into plant-based dishes you will love. The session with include a demonstration of a Moroccan salad and chocolate mousse.
Copies of My Vegan Cookbook will be available for purchase on the day.
