Come and meet Georgia Irwin, author of The Vegan Home Baker, and learn all about making delicious homemade cookies. Georgia will run through how to make the cookie dough, how to modify for gluten free or refined sugar free versions, all the flavour options that can be created, and the ins and outs of making the perfect cookie.

Attendees will have the opportunity to sample a cookie and ask any questions. Copies of The Vegan Home Baker will be available for purchase on the day.
