A supportive community, sharing simple gentle movements to explore the joy of movement within your body , mind and soul.
Accessible to all, classes are completely supported, movements seated in a chair or standing - no matwork.
Mental fitness is incorporated through fun and simple coordination exercises encouraging relationship building.
Discover how a little bit of movement can lead to big changes.
