Event Description

Code Club Getting Started with Python is a weekly coding group for kids that meet every Tuesday during the school term from 4-5pm at Bunjil Place Library.
As a group we work through step by step coding projects provided by Code Club Australia. We supply the laptops and projects.

In term 2 2024 term we will be running an introduction to the Python coding language in person at Bunjil Place Library.
Python is a scripted coding language used to make games and computer programs.

Learning code builds creativity, problem solving and resilience.

Python is a text based language so students will need to have confidence in typing and spelling to get the most out of these tutorials.

Please note that booking for this event will book you in for the entire term 2. Spaces are limited so please book only if you are able to attend each Tuesday 4-5pm at Bunjil Place Library.

Attendees must be 10-14 years old.
