If you’re looking for a creative outlet, poetry can be a great place to start! It’s playful, personal and much less intimidating than it can seem at first glance. In this workshop, you’ll be introduced to exercises and ideas to help you channel your feelings, thoughts and unique view of the world into words on a page.

Saaro Umar is a writer, support worker, herbalist and artist. Her work has been published widely.
