Writing a novel? Novel Writing with Eugen Bacon is a chance to hone your craft with a prolific multi-award-winning author who writes across forms and genre. In this online feedback clinic that runs over three months, Eugen will offer feedback that enables you to structure your novel, create a believable setting, shape fascinating characters, find voice, viewpoint, polish, and all that in convincing storytelling.
Eugen Bacon is an African Australian author. She’s a British Fantasy Award winner, a Victorian Premier’s Literary Award finalist, a Foreword Indies Award winner, and a twice World Fantasy Award finalist. Eugen was announced in the honor list of the Otherwise Fellowships for ‘doing exciting work in gender and speculative fiction’. Danged Black Thing made the Otherwise Award Honor List as a ‘sharp collection of Afro-Surrealist work’, and was a 2024 Philip K Dick Award nominee. Website: eugenbacon.com.
