Being a teen can be stressful! Come along to this half hour session and learn how to use mindfulness techniques to help you live in the moment and calm an active mind. With practice, mindfulness exercises can improve sleep, decrease anxiety, and help regulate emotions. Perfect for ages 12-17 years.
