This face to face workshop is an interactive cooking session led by an experienced Open Table facilitator.
Participants will learn about the impacts of food waste on the environment, and learn valuable tips and tricks for effective meal planning and proper food storage, to help you save money on grocery bills and waste less food.
There will also be a no waste cooking demonstration where you will learn how to make a recipe using foods that are often thrown away.
