It is so frustrating when you get locked out of your accounts and can't get back into them.
Whether it is emails, MyGov, subscription services it can be hard to recover.
Join us for this session where we will show you what measures you can take to prevent lockout and unlock accounts when they are locked.
This session is rated B and is best suited for learners who have some familiarity with their device.
